We are located at the following addresses:

• We offer free delivery within Metro Manila with a minimum order of 5,000 php.
• We deliver with a minimal deliver charge for provincial locations within Luzon.
• We can deliver to Visayas and Mindanao through a 3rd party delivery service. All charges to be charged to customer

We delivery within 2-3 days for Metro Manila deliveries and 3-5 days for provincial deliveries.

We now accept online payment via:
• Credit / debit card
• GCash
• Bank Deposit (BPI, Unionbank, Security Bank)
• GrabPay

Cash payment via preferred courier may also be available in some areas. You can still visit our stores to pick up and pay for your order.

Shipping costs for orders placed on toolsspezialist.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, or other causes. The expected arrival time may vary depending on the delivery address and what time you make your purchase.

Please submit a ticket within 15 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. 

We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders.
